Builders Fund endorses Brian Fitzpatrick for Congress

I am endorsing Brian Fitzpatrick for re-election in Pennsylvania's 1st District.

His record on capital access and small business is real. He co-sponsored the Member Business Loan Expansion Act, which would let credit unions lend more to small businesses by raising the business loan cap from $50,000 to $100,000. He backed the Ratepayer Protection Act, which passed the House 417 to 3 and makes data centers pay for their own grid upgrades instead of shifting the cost to families and small shops. He co-sponsored the Bipartisan Premium Tax Credit Extension Act, which would extend the enhanced tax credits that keep health coverage affordable for the self-employed.

Brian is a first-generation college graduate who worked as an EMT and firefighter before becoming an FBI agent and federal prosecutor. He co-chairs the Problem Solvers Caucus. This is the kind of record the Builders Fund exists to recognize.
