Privacy policy
This site keeps things simple. Here is what it collects and why.
Newsletter signups
When you join the newsletter, your name, email, and phone number (if you share one) are used only to send you educational events, resources, and announcements. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Consulting session bookings
Payments are processed by Stripe. This site never sees your card number. Your email is used to send your receipt and schedule your session.
CRE underwriting tool
Amaury Abreu Capital, operated by Connex II Inc., is a loan brokerage. It is not a lender and not a CDFI, and using the underwriting tool at /kommunity/apply does not create a lending relationship or a credit decision of any kind. The tool gives you a preliminary, automated analysis of a commercial real estate deal, computed deterministically from the numbers you provide, so you can see a deal the way a lender does before you apply.
When you create an account and submit a deal, the property and financial information you enter (deal purpose, property details, requested amount, rent roll, and related figures) is stored with your account and used to generate that analysis and any saved results you revisit later. It is not shared with third parties except as needed to operate the underlying database and authentication services (Supabase, via Lovable Cloud), and it is retained for as long as your account exists so you can revisit your saved deals. You can request deletion of your account and its deal data at any time by emailing amaury@kommunity.app.
This is an early phase of the tool. It does not yet run credit pulls, sanctions screening, or litigation searches, and it does not generate legal, tax, or investment advice. A fuller set of compliance documentation is planned for a later phase as the tool takes on more of that work; until then, this section and the authorization you agree to when submitting a deal describe what actually happens with your information today.
Cookies and ad measurement
This site uses Google Ads to measure whether its ads lead to bookings and newsletter signups. With your permission, Google sets cookies so bookings can be counted as ad results. Visitors who decline are still counted in a limited, cookieless way where the law allows it. You can accept or reject this anytime with the cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Google explains how it handles this data at business.safety.google/privacy. You can also opt out of Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
